Responding to homelessness under Covid-19
Community housing provider, Junction, faced a surmountable challenge of supporting over 4,500 vulnerable tenants and clients at risk of homelessness during the COVID-19 pandemic. From July to October 2020 the University of Adelaide completed a review of Junction’s response, finding that the organisation not only managed to maintain, but also improved its services over this period.
