The Marketing Discipline has established a global recognition for its work across a range of marketing related research, with a focus on work that contributes to both theory and decision making in industry. 

Our researchers have a broad range of industry experience, a factor that drives the outcomes of research to shape industry and theory. Our research includes work in the fields of engagement, value co-creation, business networks and wine business.  Academics in this field are global leaders in contributing to business and research innovation, shaping the practice of research and business, as organisations work with customers to generate mutually beneficial, sustainable outcomes.

Research is published in Top Tier global journals such as Journal of Marketing, Journal of Service Research and others such as European Journal of Marketing, International Journal of Hospitality Management, Industrial Marketing Management and the Journal of Brand Management. Findings are also disseminated with our industry partners through reports, seminars and publications in Industry Journals such as Grapegrower and Winemaker and the Wine Industry Journal.

The Adelaide Business School also hosts a series of research seminars that are attended by staff, postgraduate and honours degree students as part of our commitment to research and scholarship development and exchange.
