Executive MBA Fundamentals of Leadership Students Hit the Track
The Executive MBA Fundamentals of Leadership 2023 student cohort hit the track at The Bend Motorsport Park in Tailem Bend this month to kick off the beginning of the Executive MBA Program for 2023.
Over the two days offsite, participants took a deep dive into the current challenges and opportunities facing strategic business leaders, with insights shared around leading and influencing in our new world of post Covid business. Much fun was had along the way with karting, a welcome dinner, and social time together to build connections and immerse in the program.
The Fundamentals of Leadership course covers essential knowledge and behaviours required to lead in a complex and changing business environment. Today’s leaders need to understand a dynamic set of factors such as human motivation, workplace system design and the hybrid workplace, a diverse workforce, and complex stakeholder groups to lead innovation and maintain a competitive advantage. Taught as part of our Master of Business Administration, Fundamentals of Leadership will help you take your career to the next level.
