International Business
Why should we care about International Business?
Intensifying globalization has unveiled growing business challenges as cultural, economic, institutional and political differences across markets become ever more exposed. International Business examines how such differences affect firms and how multinational corporations shape local and global contexts. This is essential to our understanding of why and how organizations succeed or fail in the global marketplace.

EU Center Research Project
A major theme for exploration within this framework will include research on trade and how companies may more successfully enter countries, with particular focus in the commercial sphere on analysing how corporate governance and the adoption of EU corporate governance rules would result in benefits, and how the process of adoption may best be approached. This would support benefits from the potential transfer of EU intellectual property in corporate governance to new territories and facilitation of business resulting from improved corporate and regulatory environments in the Asia Pacific. --> More information --> Interactive Data
