The Hayes Knight Prize in Strategic Management III

Hayes Knight has offered to provide annually a prize in Strategic Management III and the following rules have therefore been made:

1. The Prize shall be known as "The Hayes Knight Prize in Strategic Management III”.
2. The Prize shall be awarded annually for a period of five years, commencing in 2001.
3. The annual value of the prize shall be $400.
4. The prize shall be awarded by the University of Adelaide Business School on the recommendation of the Executive Dean of the Faculty of the Professions to the student obtaining the best result in course Strategic Management III, provided that, in the opinion of the examiners, the candidate is of sufficient merit.
5. Where two or more candidates are of equal merit, the prize shall be shared equally.
6. The terms of the prize may be varied at any time, by agreement between Hayes Knight and the University.
